Messages Given By St. Therese of Lisieux

Feast of St. Therese of the Child Jesus (The Little Flower)

St. Therese of the Child Jesus: “Child, I come to you in praise of Jesus. I come to tell you that those who seek perfection in love will be given the grace to advance through the Chambers of the Holy United Hearts. The obstacle to perfection is always a disordered self-love. This is to say, the soul loves his own will in some area of his being more than God’s Will for him.”

“This is why self-knowledge is of the ultimate importance in advancing through the Sacred Chambers, for unless light is shed on these areas of weakness, the soul cannot improve.”

“Make it known.”

St. Therese, the Little Flower, says: “Praise be to Jesus.”

“I have come to stress two points in the spiritual journey. The first is that the virtues are like the vitamins of the soul. The second is that God will take you deeper into the virtuous life if you ask it of Him.”

“In all of this, see the importance of the desire to go deeper into the virtuous life.”

Feast of St. Therese of Lisieux

St. Therese of Lisieux says: “Praise be to Jesus.”

“Every present moment holds a bounty of sacrifices to be offered to God. These little sacrifices combine to become great graces for the soul and for humanity in general. Ask me and I will help you to discover these small sacrifices. Offer them with love.”

St. Therese of Lisieux says: “Praise be to Jesus.”

“God did not create each soul only for his own salvation, but also for the salvation of those whose lives they touch. It is through the example of a virtuous life souls are attracted to holiness and salvation. The steps each soul takes towards his own perfection in Holy Love should be a sweetness that attracts other souls.”

“Each soul then becomes a missionary in his own way, propagating and encouraging Holy Love wherever possible.”

Read Colossians 3:12-17+

Synopsis – Lead virtuous lives being always open toward forgiveness and, above all, live in the Truth of Holy Love which binds all souls together into the one Body of Christ through the Peace of Christ that rules in all righteous hearts.

Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassion, kindness, lowliness, meekness, and patience, forbearing one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in the one body. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, as you teach and admonish one another in all wisdom, and as you sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs with thankfulness in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
