Public (After receiving Communion)
Jesus Christ

Jesus says:

“It is those who approach this table without love in their hearts that wound Me the most.

This is why My Mother takes such care to prepare you.

When you receive Me, recall how I loved you unto creation itself.

Recall all I have done for you.

How I long to draw souls into My Eucharistic Heart!”

Holy Love Ministry Messages on Holy Communion

Recall these sentiments of love before receiving

“The Communion is as worthy as the depth of Holy Love in the communicant’s heart. Love Me very much. Recall these sentiments of love before you receive Me; then your time in Purgatory will be shortened.” (June 27, 2008)

Every Chamber is Present in Eucharist

“…Yes, every Chamber in His Heart of Hearts is present in the Most Holy Eucharist. The Immaculate Heart of Mary can never be separated from the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The Blood of the Mother flows through the Blood of Her Son.” (St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, October 16, 2009)

Soul Needs to Trust

“My Real Presence in the Holy Eucharist is My Love and My Mercy. The more the soul believes, the more he receives. Belief is the intermingling of all the virtues within the heart. Most of all the soul needs to trust.” (Jesus, Born Incarnate, March 24, 2016)

Reverence and Esteem, Worthy and Blameless

“Dear children, please hold every reverence and esteem in your hearts for My Son’s Real Presence in the Holy Eucharist. Receive Him only with a worthy and blameless heart as prescribed by Church Doctrine. Do not be swayed from this Truth.” (Mary, Refuge of Holy Love, April 9, 2016)

Insure State of Grace

“Every precaution should be taken by the soul before reception of the Holy Eucharist as to the certainty of the State of Grace he is in. The Church has always taught this. During these times less respect of the Eucharist strengthens the collapse of Tradition. Hierarchy must not encourage unity in error but unity in Truth.” (Mary, Refuge of Holy Love, March 2, 2016)

“…The soul must be in a state of grace – that is free of mortal sin – to receive the Eucharist.” (St John Vianney, April 21, 2016)

“…It is necessary also for a soul to be in a state of grace – that is without unrepentant grave sin – in order to receive the Holy Eucharist. ” (St John Vianney, June 14, 2016)

Preparation Before Mass

Prayer of St. Thomas Aquinas (Pre-Communion)

Almighty and everlasting God, behold I come to the Sacrament of Thine only-begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ: I come as one infirm to the physician of life, as one unclean to the fountain of mercy, as one blind to the light of everlasting brightness, as one poor and needy to the Lord of heaven and earth. Therefore I implore the abundance of Thy measureless bounty that Thou wouldst vouchsafe to heal my infirmity, wash my uncleanness, enlighten my blindness, enrich my poverty and clothe my nakedness, that I may receive the Bread of Angels, the King of kings, the Lord of lords, with such reverence and humility, with such sorrow and devotion, with such purity and faith, with such purpose and intention as may be profitable to my soul’s salvation.

Grant unto me, I pray, the grace of receiving not only the Sacrament of our Lord’s Body and Blood, but also the grace and power of the Sacrament. O most gracious God, grant me so to receive the Body of Thine only-begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, which He took from the Virgin Mary, as to merit to be incorporated into His mystical Body, and to be numbered amongst His members. O most loving Father, give me grace to behold forever Thy beloved Son with His face at last unveiled, whom I now purpose to receive under the sacramental veil here below. Amen.

Understanding of Real Presence

Help me approach the altar with great reverence and faith. I ask for the grace to let it always be as though it were the first time, the first moment of my understanding of Your Real Presence, as Your Most Holy Mother received You at the Annunciation.

Tabernacle of My Heart

I ask for the grace to allow You, Jesus, to stay within the tabernacle of my heart after I receive You – to linger there – to languish in my soul. As I receive You, Jesus, in the Blessed Sacrament knowing that Your Mother is spiritually present as well, I thank Her for standing guard over the tabernacles of the world and for also guarding the tabernacle of my heart as I receive You. When I receive You under the form of the Eucharist, I thank You that my heart undeservedly becomes a tabernacle of Divine Love – Divine Mercy, for You are truly present in my heart during these moments just as You are truly present in the tabernacles of the world. Let grace be the ‘star’ that leads me to discover You, Jesus, in the tabernacle.

Spark of Divine Love and Presence

Since Your Eucharistic Sacred Heart is Divine Love, each time I receive this Sacred Species, I am receiving a little Spark of the Flame of Divine Love. As I am about to receive You–Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity–I ask for the same grace given to Anna and Simeon in the temple awaiting the arrival of their Messiah – that I will recognize Your Presence in the Sacred Species.

Approach with Love and Longing

Give me the grace to never receive the Holy Eucharist matter-of-factly. Help me to approach You with love and longing in my heart. Help me to understand and accept with joy that the Fifth Chamber–union with the Divine Will–is offered to each one who partakes of the Holy Eucharist

Assist me in comprehending that the most important part of my day should be Holy Mass so I spend much preparation preceding the prayer of the Mass, and much thanksgiving following it.

In the precious moments after I receive You in the Holy Eucharist, a special time of my soul, let my soul be saturated with reciprocating love between my soul and You and not be violated by the community, thereby reducing the importance of the sacrament of Your Real Presence.

Help me approach the altar with great reverence and faith. Do not let me be ashamed to show You reverence as I approach the altar to receive You. Help me to desire and not be afraid to listen to You after Communion.

Stand Guard Over My Heart

“Dear Jesus, as I approach Your altar to receive You in the Holy Eucharist, let me desire nothing but Divine Union with You.”

“Stand guard over my heart, defending me against all distractions and attacks against my Faith. Let me think of nothing but the great love You have for me–that You would come to me in so lowly a form as a piece of bread. Help me in my imperfect love to return love to You. Amen.” (March 11, 2005)

Help Me to Give You My Whole Heart

“Help me, my Jesus. Help me to give you my whole heart just as You gave Yourself entirely to me in Your Passion and Death–just as You give Yourself completely to me in every Mass and in the Holy Eucharist.”

“Stand guard over my senses so that my heart will not be conflicted by things of the world or others’ opinions.”

“In this present moment, assist me in giving to You an undivided heart.”  (October 22, 2007)

Consecrate Entire Being
“Most Sacred, Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, Eternal Victim, truly present in the tabernacles of the world, to You I consecrate my entire being -body and soul. I place in Your Heart – burning ember of Divine Love – my every burden and petition. Take me and use me according to Your need and bring about the Glorious Reign of Your Eucharistic Heart on earth. Amen.”
(Given by Our Lady)

My Fervent Request

I ask for the grace for a passionate, ardent, fervent, fiery, intimate and reverent relationship with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

Immediately Before ”Approaching the Table” and Receiving

Oh, my Jesus, I crown my head with Your Thorns,
I bead my eyes with Your Tears,
I impregnate my tongue with Your Bitterness,
I adorn my soul with Your Blood,
I dress my body with Your Wounds,
I nail my hands and feet with Your Nails,
I pierce my heart with Your Lance,

[I veil my face with Your abandonment, Your emotional torture, Your passion within the Passion,

I cover my ears with Your slaps and the resounding of insults, criticisms and denials,

I draw in the stench of ingratitude and rebellion and betrayals,]

And, as another Christ, I present myself
before Your most supreme Majesty and ask
that through this Holy Communion / Plea for Forgiveness You may grant the Greatest of Graces,
that Your Kingdom Come, that Your Will be done
on earth as It is done in Heaven, by all souls, most especially by mine!
Amen!

*(Our Lady told Luisa Piccarreta of Divine Will teachings -“Book of Heaven” – that Our Lord can not resist anyone that approaches Him dressed in His Wounds.)

I am about to receive You–Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity–I ask for the same grace given to Anna and Simeon in the temple awaiting the arrival of their Messiah – that I will recognize Your Presence.

I wish to prepare to receive my heavenly food in a way to receive the greatest of blessings, knowing that each time a soul receives You, Jesus in the Sacrament of the Eucharist, he receives the embodiment of the Divine Will.

Jesus, I offer You the great sufferings of Your Holy Mother which She bore concerning You and all Her tears which She wept for You in reparation for my imperfections to make everything all right again. I receive You Jesus in my communion for everyone so that You can operate in their soul.

I place You Jesus in the Heart of Your Dear Mother, for You are the fruit of Her womb and I know You enter her Heart with love.

On Approach to Receiving

Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, on fire with love for us, enflame our hearts with love for You.

I thank You, Jesus knowing that with each Holy Communion the Incarnation is accomplished in My soul. I thank You for this great grace knowing that You long only to live among men.

I ask for the grace for a passionate, ardent, fervent, fiery, intimate and reverent love for God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

Immediately After Holy Communion

“Dear Jesus, miraculously present in the Holy Eucharist, unite my heart to Your Eucharistic Heart. In this most precious moment when You are physically present in my heart, bring me into union with Divine Love, and hold me there always. Amen.”

Post Communion

O most holy, O most benign, O noble and glorious Virgin Mary, who wast worthy to bear in thy sacred womb the Creator of all, and at thy virginal breast to nourish Him Whose true, real, and most holy Body and Blood I, an unworthy sinner, have just now dared to receive: vouchsafe, I humbly beseech thee, to intercede with Him for me a sinner; that whatsoever, by ignorance or neglect, by accident or irreverence, I have left undone, or have done amiss, in this unspeakably holy Sacrament, may be pardoned through thy prayers to the same our Lord Jesus Christ, thy Son, Who with the Father and the Holy Spirit livest and reignest forever and ever. Amen.

Prayer of Petition to Mary to Love Jesus More

O Mary, thou who desirest so much to see Jesus loved, if thou love me, this is the favor which I ask of thee, to obtain for me a great love of Jesus Christ. Thou obtainest from thy Son whatever pleases thee; pray, then, for me, and console me.

Obtain for me a great love towards thee, who, of all creatures, art the most loving and beloved of God. And through that grief which thou didst suffer on Calvary, when thou beheldest Jesus expire on the Cross, obtain for me a happy death, that by loving Jesus and thee, my Mother, I may come to love thee forever in heaven. Amen.
