Jesus is here and He says, “I am Jesus, born Incarnate.” Blessed Mother is here and She says: “I am Mary, ever Virgin. Praise be to Jesus.” Maureen sees a large key floating in front of Jesus and Blessed Mother.
Jesus: “Child, this key represents your free will. It is the latchkey which opens every Chamber of My Heart. At first the key may turn in the lock with difficulty and entrance to the First Chamber – (which is Holy Love) – may be wrought with obstacles. But when you surrender this difficulty to Me it is removed by the Hand of My Provision.” Jesus then reminded Maureen of a time on a pilgrimage when it was imperative that she open a locked door. When she repeatedly tried to turn the key, it would not open. Then she prayed ‘Mary Protectress of the Faith, come to my aid.’ She stood back and the key turned in the lock on its own.
“It is when the soul is able to surrender to Me by accepting God’s Will in the present moment that I am given the power to act. It is impossible to enter the abode of the United Hearts or to advance in the Chambers of My Heart outside of God’s Will. This is because the United Hearts are the embrace of God’s Will. The confines of My Heart are enfolded in this Eternal Divine Will. I remind you that God’s Will is Holy Love. Therefore, the more your heart resembles Holy Love, the more your heart is absorbed into Our United Hearts. This soul’s nourishment is Holy Love. It is Holy Love that allows him to grow and take form.”

“Sit at my feet and listen to me. You have been troubled about the power of St. Michael’s anointing and the Shield of Truth. So here I am to help you understand.”
“Basically I am here to explain the power of free will. Once St. Michael came to you and said, ‘As much power as God has given me, I am completely helpless in the face of man’s free will.’ This is still true today. It is man’s free will which chooses for himself salvation or damnation. God’s grace invites, but God does not and will not force the soul to make righteous choices.”
“St. Michael’s Shield and his anointing offer the truth, but the soul may, through his free will, choose to reject it. The lies of Satan cannot penetrate the Shield, but the soul with his free will may choose not to accept the truth, but to cling to the lies as he has in the past. St. Michael’s Shield is an opportunity of grace. The added petition, ‘Mary, Protectress of the Faith, come to my aid,’ extends the window of opportunity to accept the truth.”
He smiles. “Now, do you understand? You see, this is why it is so important that consciences be formed in the truth in the very young.”

“Today, the weather in your area is unaccommodating to outside activity.* You must plan your day in a way which does not take you into the dangerous cold. In the spiritual world, I invite you to see, it is often the same. The soul is exposed to much danger through exposure to evil elements and often is not aware of it. In the snowy weather, you take extra precautions by wearing warmer clothing. When the soul is exposed to evil – which is every day – he must take extra precautions as well. A sacramental life is a protection, as well as many well-said rosaries. Pray to recognize evil so that you can avoid it. Pray for My Protection with the short prayer – ‘Mary, Protectress of the Faith come to my aid.’”

Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know as the Heart of God the Father. He says: “Children, allow your faith to carry you through every difficulty. I desire to instill in your hearts deep faith, the benefits of which are far-reaching. It is through your deepening faith, you can hope and trust. Faith gives you courage to persevere amidst every trial.”
“Natural disasters are only permitted by Me to show the world their helplessness apart from Me. I mourn with My Son and His Holy Mother* the loss of life – the loss of property – the loss of souls. My hope is that man will turn to Me in the midst of every trial – realize his weakness and dependency upon Me and thus turn tragedy to good.”
